This pot was in terrible condition and used outside under a plant. I spent a few hours cleaning off the rust etc. it’s best to remove all of it. The trick is to completely clean inside and out with white vinegar. You then set your stove at 450 degree oven. Place the pot/pan in the oven, upside down, for one hr. You then turn the stove off and let it cool for at least 2 hrs. I can’t wait to use it
