After nearly a decade of building sabers and community, it’s with deep sadness that I share that Electrum Sabercrafts is being forced to close.
The debts incurred after the fraud and theft perpetrated by VOG App Developers, and our long fight to recover, have simply become impossible to bear. We invested everything to keep Electrum alive: every asset, every spare hour, even a second mortgage on our home. Despite all of it, the bank has now called the debts, and both Electrum and our family are going down with it.
We stopped selling new sabers some time ago to focus entirely on completing builds for existing customers. Our small Electrum team, who have been volunteering their time and skills out of sheer passion, have worked tirelessly to make that possible.
A receiver will be appointed by the persuing party to manage the assets, inventory and remaining orders of Electrum Sabercrafts. Once this is established, it will be communicated via official channels for direct communication. Once appointed, they will be the only method of communication legally allowed.
