We are excited to announce the soft launch of our new brand GUN CULTURE - soon-to-be Calgary's premier retail destination for the disciplines of target shooting, precision rifle, long-range, and extreme long-range shooting! We are also Calgary's only training facility built specifically to educate a new generation of responsible fi****ms owners and shooters.

Important Update on Member’s Firearm and Locker Content Retrieval

I hope this message finds you well. As you can imagine, the past week has been quite challenging for everyone impacted by our insolvency and closure. I have been flooded with phone messages and emails and sincerely apologize for my delayed response if you have reached out. All questions and concerns regarding your personal property are important to me. I want to ensure you have all the information you need for retrieving your fi****ms and locker contents in a timely manner.

Collection Details

Starting Tuesday, October 8th, you can pick up your items at our temporary location:

Address:
Bay A, 4301 9th St SE
(2 blocks East of Stage West, with parking available in front)
Hours of Operation for the remainder of October:

Tuesday to Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
CLOSED Sundays and Mondays

We will post November hours when we assess demand.

Important Notes

Temporary Authorization to Transport (ATT): You must contact the CFO’s office to arrange a temporary ATT to transport your fi****ms home or to another location.

Online: Use your secure account on the RCMP Individual Web Services page.

We will only release items to the individual listed in our files, and we will be verifying PALs. We cannot release items to third parties.

Bring Your Locks: If your fi****ms are restricted or prohibited, please bring your locks if they aren’t already on your fi****ms. We will not have any locks for sale.

Membership Information:
As mentioned in our previous message, all members still hold a valid membership at a gun club. Your membership is with the Calibre Shooting Association (CSA), which is still operational despite not having a physical facility. Please note that the CSA cannot issue refunds.

A Request for Respect
In closing, I understand that emotions may run high during this time. I kindly ask for your respect toward our team members who are here to assist with the return of your property. No one is more saddened by the closure of TSE than they are.

I will do my best to be onsite as much as possible so that you can ask questions to me directly.
