Sunday is a great opportunity to set yourself up for a successful week.

Here’s a few things I do to ensure I’m ready to tackle the week.

🌱Clean & put away all the dishes
🌱Finish the laundry & clean the bedsheets
🌱Meal prep. I wish I could do the whole week (I’m working on it) but I find having a dinner planned for just Monday helps.
🌱Pack school lunches
🌱Look over all my commitments for the week in my day planner & make sure I have childcare, if needed.

Have you ever pulled a swollen tick out of your child’s head? … I have 🤢

Avoid the drama & possible infection by grabbing our Tick spray this season.

Great for camping, hiking and all outdoor activities. Safe for kiddos and dogs.

// Year of Adventure //

This year I’ve challenged myself to plan for more fun, joy & spontaneity.

Yes I’m aware I’m “planning” for spontaneity but let’s face it, if you don’t create moments for spontaneous adventure to happen, they will pass you by.

When my husband asked if I wanted to join him on a work trip I jumped at the chance to dip my toes in the ocean.

What does your year of adventure look like? Maybe it’s finally doing that thing you’ve been putting off for months, taking a trip or being your authentic self?

Maybe like me, it’s creating memories with my family & prioritizing living a life filled with joy.

Whatever it is friends, I hope this change of season brings you many great adventures 🧳 ✈️ 🌈 💚

Of all the photos from our trip to Disney, this is my favourite & here’s why…

This sweet girl of mine has pushed me and challenged me to grow, adapt & work on patience from the moment she was born.

She does everything her way and in her time.

At this particular moment, when I snapped this pic, we were all tired, hungry and couldn’t get in to any restaurants.

As we were rushing the kids from restaurant to restaurant, trying to get a table, my youngest saw this hop scotch painted on the road and stopped.

She took the time to enjoy where she was despite the world (her parents) telling her to hurry up & keep moving.

I will treasure this photo as a reminder to pause & enjoy LIFE.

Not only are they plastic-free BUT they’ve eliminated the mess from my little ones bathroom. I don’t miss seeing those blue streaks all over the sink, floor & hand towels

Please tell me my kids aren’t the only messy ones?! 🥴
