In a wee little basement in the home of Christina Marcano. Christina started in the clothing business over ten years ago when she co-founded an active wear company called Skyler Clothing. Skyler grew quickly and by 2008 they had three stores over two-hundred wholesale accounts and regular appearances on the Shopping Channel and then…the recession hit. The company started to spiral out of control a

nd as a last ditch effort Christina went to pitch her case on CBC’s the Dragons Den. The response was phenomenal. She received an outpouring of support but after a bit of soul searching she realized Skyler wasn’t her true dream. She closed Skyler down and headed back to her basement where she got to work building her true dream - Silver Icing. An amazing brand that offers comfy chic clothing that won’t break the bank. In 2013 Silver Icing launched and is now a thriving online shop with a network of independent stylists. As a young mom, Christina knew how important a work life balance is. She was tired of driving 2 hours a day back and forth from work. She loved being able to make her kids lunch or take them to a park on a sunny afternoon. Being a stay at home working mom was exactly what her family needed and it is from this experience that she committed to building a company that other moms and women could be a part of. Her greater vision is to provide women with the option to balance life and work by having the opportunity to work from home during hours that don’t disrupt the family lifestyle. Becoming an Online Stylist does just that. It is the best of both worlds, everything is online so you can commit as much or as little as you like. You can work when the kids go to bed or nap during the day. Everything can be done online, including pop up shops, so there is no need to sacrifice evenings or weekends to host parties. Kim's Knit, Flicks and Chill Sweater Review: This sweater makes me want to curl up on my couch and take Pinterest selfies! 😂 I love it! The oversized, chunky look is not only super cute but so comfortable. I'm not wearing a tank or anything underneath this and it looks totally fine. Although this sweater is 100% acrylic, it's not itchy in the slightest! It's so soft and feels amazing on. I'm in the size small but you could always go up or down depending on how you want it to fit you. Keep in mind it is a longer length style.

Kim's Moving On Leopard Wedge Sneakers: I have been waiting for these sneakers for months!!! They are so comfortable and look amazing with so many different outfits! They have two zippers on each side, making them super easy to zip on and off! I'm wearing my normal size 8 and find they fit totally true to size. I don't have a narrow foot by any means and I don't find them uncomfortable. If you are worried and have a wide foot, you should be fine to size up!

Carolina's Review: This top is so flattering on so many body types! By popular demand, we are so excited to bring this top to you in this gorgeous shade of green! The fit of this top is the same as the Choose Kind Top. I was torn on the Small and Medium in the Choose Kind Top, and ultimately went with the Medium. I am wearing my usual size Small here, and I am kind of liking the Small in the Lucky Top. So! I would suggest you go with a size that you are comfortable with. With St. Patrick's Day fast approaching, please be mindful of your ship dates and unfortunately, we will not be able to restock this before St. Patrick's Day. The Instant Icon Necklace is so pretty. The gold is great to go with the Lucky Top but I love silver so I may need to get both!!
