Dont know what to do with all the apples from your tree? I just picked my trees and I have so many; I doubt I will eat all of them. There are lots in the freezer, the cores and peels go to the chickens. The smaller ones I make Apple C***r Vinegar. It is a slow process but worth the effort. Give it a try! This is the recipe/process that I follow. I have done it for 3 years and it is awesome! 😍

Come learn how easy it is to make homemade apple c***r vinegar! It's the perfect way to preserve apples or up-cycle and use apple scraps.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported our little farm, buying eggs, dahlia tubers and FLOWERS! Please bring back your jars to the stand, it saves alot of time when we can recycle a jar that has already had the label removed. ( those are tricky). Thank you to Kay who finds the jars and is the " jar washer", I couldnt do it without her!!!! 😍

The day you have been waiting for, Wednesday for fresh flower bouquets at the Stand on Petersen Road. Stocked up with Dahlias and Sunflowers, it is definitely fall with the colors on display.
This my "Otto Farm B-train".....I have one wagon for the deadheaded blooms another one for the fresh cut blooms, a counter top that I can use to write on my labels. My handy, dandy lawn mower pulls it around perfectly. Saves so much time and effort!
What do you think?🤣🤣

Time to evaluate the Dahlias, there are so many to dig up and divide. No sense keeping those that have short stems, or dont last in the hot farm stand. Now is the time to make sure they are labeled and to decide if they are keepers. Not an easy job but it is way easier than to dig up tubers that are not great producers!😁
Only a few weeks left for you to pick up a fresh flower bouquet at the Farm Stand on Petersen Rd. Thanksgiving weekend we will be ending the sales.
