A little kindness can make a stressful moment so much easier.

“As a new hearing aid user, I had a stressful moment when one of the domes got stuck in my ear while I was visiting Chilliwack. I was so lucky to find Excuse Me Hearing. Lily and Rob greeted me right away, and after I explained the situation, Rob offered to try to remove it so I wouldn’t have to go to urgent care. He was able to get it out safely and painlessly!
He also cleaned my hearing aids and made sure the domes on both were secure before I left. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and willingness to help someone who isn't even a regular client.
