Last night at the 2026 Safety Pinnacle Awards, we were incredibly honoured to receive the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC’s Small Business People First Award.
This award is a reflection of the culture that has been built here at McCrea’s Welding and the outstanding people who make it possible every day.
To our crew—thank you. Your commitment to safety, teamwork, professionalism, and looking out for one another is what earned this recognition. Safety is not just something we talk about; it’s something our team demonstrates every day, whether in the shop, on-site, or out in the field. This award belongs to each and every one of you.
We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our customers and clients for your continued trust and support. Your confidence in our team allows us to keep investing in our people, our training, and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality workmanship.
Receiving this award is an incredible honour, but what makes us most proud is the team standing behind it. We are grateful for every employee, customer, supplier, and supporter who has been part of our journey.
