You may have noticed not a huge amount of the “In Books” get mentioned here. We always have them in stock they get plenty of attention. I present the good books that may not get on every bloggers page . I pick books that are good reads - some serious , some fun but always with an underlying message or look at the good and the bad of humanity. Mary Lawson Writes about a small community , a lonely elderly man who ends up rescuing both a dog and a young US student running from the Vietnam war enrollment. Canada welcomed these young people and tend of thousands stayed here. Evan Brooke writes about a young successful woman from wall street dying of cancer who was also treated like the true historical figure the Witch Of Wall Street. A story of misunderstanding , love and friendship. And Emma Barry - what a surprise- picked it up as well why not looks fun - to find a wonderful story about 2 slightly different academics who find themselves uncovering a conspiracy that could upend American history and who find out that the darkest sides of Academic and Political society don’t like it .
