WE’RE HIRING! We’re looking for someone FUN to join us for regular part-time hours (2 days/week) and help us with all day-to-day aspects of the store.
Musts:
- Friendly, non-judgmental approach to providing amazing customer care
- Common sense problem solving and great listening
- Passionate about toys, learning through play and familiarity with the brands we carry
- Comfortable with technology including POS, inventory systems and websites
- Social media savvy (IG, Tik Tok, Facebook)
Bonus:
- Love to stay on top of trends
- Your tech experience includes Shopify, Canva and Microsoft Office
- Be available for occasional increased hours (during peak seasons and we like vacations and we’ll cover yours too!)
What your days could look like:
- Helping the best customers with an exceptional shopping experience
- Merchandising, creating fun and engaging displays and light cleaning
- Creating and posting content on social media accounts
- Receiving and organizing inventory (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Opening and closing the store including cash reconciliation
