Have you heard of Vanilla Salt?? I had not till this week. Well is it ever delicious as a finishing salt or as we used tonight at a tasting party, an addition to a glass rim for some fancy and fun holiday drinks!

So here’s how you make it.

1 cup Redmond’s Real Salt Course
1-2 Vanilla beans, split down the middle and seeds scraped out.

Mis salt and vanilla seeds in a bowl. With a clean glove covered hand/s mush the salt and seeds together infusing the flavours. Once thoroughly mixed, place in air tight glass jars. Label and store or give as a great homemade treat or gift!
