I’ve been taking advantage of the January lull to catch up on my Netflix watchlist—have you seen People We Meet on Vacation yet? I was so excited for this Emily Henry adaptation! She writes the best feel-good romances, with hilarious banter and complex characters.

Poppy and Alex are total opposites. She’s full of wanderlust and can’t be tied down, while he’s happiest back in their small hometown. But ever since college, these unlikely friends have spent one week every summer vacationing together… quietly wondering if they could be more.

Let's talk graphic novels!

Heartstopper is one of my absolute favourites. This series (also featured on Netflix) explores first love and figuring out who you are. The friendship between Charlie and Nick slowly blossoms into something more, and it’s incredibly sweet, funny, and heartwarming. This is one I turn to when I need comforting, feel-good vibes.
