These shoes were made for walking...The rain is holding off until I complete my steps before breakfast....Count your steps...Drink lots of water.. ..Take a protein bar with you if you think that you will starve to death before you get back home...Get out your food diary and right down your weight before you start on another leg of this journey...what are your short term goals and what are your long term goals. Write them down....Take your food lists for protein, vegetables, fruits,...and make a grocery list.....Order the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that your body needs ...

The doctor in this video explains why she recommends that her heart patients follow this health and wellness program in their recovery program. Since I followed this program, my blood pressure medications have been cut in half twice by my medical doctor. Health Canada recalled Accuretic which was manufactured in China by Pfizer Canada because the levels of one of the ingredients that was used in the manufacturing was too high. One of the drugs that I was prescribed for 30 days this summer was also recalled by Health Canada twice over the last 7 years for the same reasons. I managed to reduce my blood pressure again by folllowing this Healthpointe plan and not taking the newly prescribed drug.
