As I look out our back window at the glorious snapdragon basket, I am reminded of how many lovely homes that our plants found this year.

Thank you all for the incredible season and the fact we made so many new friends. We'll be back next year, a week before Mother's Day, with a fresh gathering of wonderful flowers!

As we wind down our season, prices will be chopped. We want to find homes for our lovely plants, so dahlias are half price!

French marigolds: little bursts of colour and very beneficial in the garden! Now, on sale for $2.50 each.

A sea of dahlias:a variety of colours and lots of extra buds, $3 each.

Sunpatiens: loves the sun and brings these huge flowers and gorgeous foliage. $7.50, 2 plants per pot and baskets: $20 each!

Let me tell you a story about the famous bubblegum supertunia. We did an experiment: planted one (1) bubblegum in a planter in mid April and today (second picture) this is what they look like. They are so abundant and not nearly finished growing! So when you see these beautiful baskets, know that they will become much larger in the next few weeks.

Oh my; things are going fast!

The crazy twister grass: only 3 left at 10 dollars for three in a pot.

Black eyed Susan vine: 2 left at 25 dollars each.

Fuschia: 2 left at 27 dollars each.

We brought out the dahlias today, just the blooming ones, and they are gorgeous! 3.00 each.

And when you smell baby powder in our market greenhouse, that's heliotrope, a beauty of a plant. Likes sun and likes to be watered under its leaves.

We're open from 9-5, Tuesday to Sunday, 1648 Hwy 359, Steam Mill. We take debit, credit cards, cash and etransfer!
