Vanessa Bossi has been a part of our team at Obsession since August 2021. She was originally hired as a customer service specialist, and she excelled in that position. She expressed an interest in learning the trade of bread making and so her adventure began, in house at Obsession. The Red Seal Program was originally established to support the mobility of apprentices and skilled tradespeople across Canada. Over the years, the Red Seal has become a nationally-recognized standard for skilled trade workers in Canada. We were fortunate to be accepted into the program and were able to offer Vanessa on the job training while she earned her Red Seal Certification. Under the guidance and supervision of Nicolas Neron, Vanessa recently received her Certificate of Vocational Qualification, from the Provincial Government. We are so proud of Vanessa, for taking on this challenge and for allowing us to be part of her professional development. We believe it’s vital to encourage all of our employees to learn, grow, discover and to become the best version of themselves that they can be. By offering this opportunity to Vanessa to receive her Red Seal Certification on the job, we all benefitted. She was already working the hours at Obsession, her training was real life and hands on, one on one with an industry pro and it fit into her lifestyle as a single mom. It was also a great advantage to us as we have amped up our bread and viennoiserie production to meet our growing customer needs. Vanessa has developed skills that she will have for a lifetime and we are grateful to have been able to help her hone those skills and to add a valuable vocation to her toolbox.
Vanessa Bossi fait partie de notre équipe chez Obsession depuis août 2021. Elle a d'abord été embauchée comme spécialiste du service à la clientèle, et elle a excellé dans ce poste. Elle a exprimé son intérêt à apprendre le métier de fabrication du pain et c'est ainsi que son aventure a commencé, en interne à Obsession. Le programme du Sceau rouge a été créé à l'origine pour soutenir la mobilité des apprentis et des gens de métier qualifiés partout au Canada. Au fil des ans, le Sceau rouge est devenu une norme reconnue à l'échelle nationale pour les travailleurs qualifiés au Canada. Nous avons eu la chance d'être acceptés dans le programme et avons pu offrir à Vanessa une formation en cours d'emploi pendant qu'elle obtenait sa certification Sceau rouge. Sous la direction et la supervision de Nicolas Neron, Vanessa a récemment reçu son certificat de qualification professionnelle du gouvernement provincial. Nous sommes si fiers de Vanessa, d'avoir relevé ce défi et de nous avoir permis de faire partie de son développement professionnel. Nous croyons qu'il est essentiel d'encourager tous nos employés à apprendre, grandir, découvrir et devenir la meilleure version d'eux-mêmes qu'ils peuvent être. En offrant cette opportunité à Vanessa de recevoir sa certification Sceau rouge au travail, nous en avons tous bénéficié. Elle travaillait déjà des heures chez Obsession, sa formation était réelle et pratique, en tête-à-tête avec un professionnel de l'industrie et cela correspondait à son style de vie de mère célibataire. C'était aussi un grand avantage pour nous car nous avons augmenté notre production de pain et de viennoiserie pour répondre aux besoins croissants de nos clients. Vanessa a développé des compétences qu'elle possédera toute sa vie et nous sommes reconnaissants d'avoir pu l'aider à perfectionner ces compétences et d'ajouter une vocation précieuse à sa boîte à outils.
