For the first time in a long time, there is a rare opening to lead the team at Luna!
Our amazing, long-term manager is moving on to exciting new adventures, which means we are looking for a creative, organized, and people-loving Store Manager to join our small team here in Charlottetown. 🌊

This isn’t a rigid corporate gig—it’s a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll help carry on the daily magic, energy, and customer experience of the shop.
What you’ll do:
-Lead and support our small, tight-knit floor team.
-Keep the shop looking beautiful, welcoming, and beautifully merchandised.
-Connect authentically with our customers and make them feel at home.
-Manage day-to-day shop flow, inventory tracking, and ordering.
-Work with the shop owner to select clothing and footwear seasonally, as well as involvement in all buying decisions.
Who you are:
An experienced leader with at least 1 year of retail management experience.
Passionate about style! Someone who genuinely enjoys clothing, footwear, and fashion, and loves helping customers find pieces they feel amazing in.
An excellent communicator, with a positive attitude.
Someone who thrives in a small business environment and loves independent retail.
Organized, proactive, and independent (you excel when running the show!).
Genuine, warm, and passionate about the Luna vibe and the island community.
What You’ll Get:
Pay: $20.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: A highly predictable, set weekly schedule (no last-minute corporate surprises). Weekend shifts occasionally, (but not every weekend!)
