Do you enjoy helping people and creating a welcoming experience? Royalty Crossing is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team.

What you’ll do
✅Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
✅Provide information about Royalty Crossing stores, services and amenities
✅Respond to guest questions and requests
✅Help create a clean, welcoming and positive guest experience
✅Assist with general Guest Services duties and mall activities
✅Sell lottery products

🚨This role includes weekends, evenings and daytime shifts.

We are looking for excellent customer service and communication skills, reliable and dependable, comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous customer service experience is an asset, but training can be provided
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule of approximately 15 hours per week.
