MaiYa Pearls Boutique Family-owned in Prince Edward Island since 2003, we create pearl & sea glass jewelry with lasting beauty and intention—from our hands to your memories.

MaiYa Pearls established in Prince Edward Island (P.E.I) in 2007. Except the retail store front is seasonal, its online sale, designing and manufacturing are year round business. MaiYa Pearls ventured its business in Ottawa for 7 years. Currently, we run two retail stores in P.E.I, One is in Spinnakers Landing in Summerside, the other one is in Peakes Quay in Charlottetown. We thrive to give our best products, services to customers who believe in us and support us. Since the start of the business, we design, make and quality control most of our jewelry locally by the co-founder of the company, Xiaoling. Once you walk into our boutiques, you are in good hands, we can help you finding a unique piece of jewelry or gift. Quality, courtesy, excellent services are our guidelines in doing business. We sell our jewelry and gifts with sincerity and care. Welcome to experience our friendliness and unique shopping environment in person.

A little surprise visitor wandered into our shop today, in SpinnakersLanding, Summerside! 🕊️
This pigeon decided our store was the perfect hangout and had zero plans to leave. Claus gently walked her back outside and captured the whole moment on video.

Who knew we had a feathered fan stopping by Maiya Pearls? 😂

The 2026 season is winding down, but our Peakes Quay location in Charlottetown remains open until the end of October, 11:30am to 5pm daily!
We’d love to share sweet little customer Sadie with you. Her parents custom-ordered this delicate pearl set for her back in early August: tiny freshwater white pearl studs and matching necklace.
These are Sadie’s very first pearls — a timeless heirloom to cherish for years to come.

Meet this stunning paua shell pendant with south sea keshi pearl in all 925 sterling silver components. An original design by the MaiYa Pearls owner 💕

Paua (pāua) is a sea snail endemic to New Zealand, belonging to the abalone genus. Its name comes from the indigenous Māori word for abalone. Because of the way their nacre forms, each shell naturally possesses unique patterns of vibrant greens, blues, pinks, and purples.

You can also get them with a tiny freshwater pearl ❤️

An extender is attached to each necklace, so lengths are adjustable from 17" to 20" long (we can also customize).
