A staple of downtown Charlottetown, planning for the Confederation Court Mall began in the mid 1970s with construction beginning in the late 70s. The Confederation Court Mall was opened in 1979, rejuvenating the once deteriorating downtown core of Charlottetown. The Confederation Court Mall is as unique as the Island it calls home. The mall was built by expanding and refurbishing existing buildings on the block and then linking them with a newly built interior. It was a joint project, completed by local business owners, government funding and private funding. Keeping the block’s original buildings and facade allowed the mall to become part of Charlottetown’s beautiful historic feel.

It's a rainy long weekend - the perfect excuse to stay inside and shop. Confed Court Mall has more than 40 uniquely, independent stores and businesses all under one roof. So when you're shopped out, don't forget to grab at coffee at any one of our cafes and restaurants.

Antique collectors - we have a new store for you!

At Distinctive Décor’s Treasure Hut, you'll find beautiful fine porcelain, elegant China patterns, sparkling crystal, handcrafted art glass, original and limited-edition artwork, and one-of-a-kind antiques and collectibles.

They are open from Monday to Saturday. Find them next to the escalators on Level 1.

We hear it a lot! So, this is your reminder - parking is always free downtown on weekends.

And there are lots of options. We are connected to Queen Parkade, but there are two more parkades close by, plus on-street parking around the mall.

Come see us this weekend. We're open from 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 12pm to 5pm on Sundays.
