No one has ever said, "I went to this cool place on Dorchester Street." You're on my s**t list Snorchester Street.

I guarantee that if you Google "Famous Charlottetown Streets" you'll be scrolling for a LONG time before Kent Street shows up.

How to you get a p*e p*e smell out of cobblestone? Asking for a friend.

It's not an Arby's. :(

I heard there's a new food restaurant store opening on me soon. I hope it's an Arby's.

Every morning I wake up and thank God I'm not Ken's Corner.

Street Feast is up on Kent St. and I'm down here looking like an old ashtray. Street Feast should be mine.
I'll tell you what Kent Street, those fancy new banners and lights you have? Lipstick on a pig. Eventually the banners will fall and I'll still be here. 🐽

The headline is misleading, Karen didn't didn't get robbed she just didn't look at prices before she ordered. Lolz

Remember Next Friday is the last day to OPT-OUT of the City of Charlottetowns program to allow strangers to live in your home.
As most of you have probably heard the new "Homeloaners for Homeowners" program takes effect on Friday February 11th, 2022.
This means you could receive a letter requiring you to allow a boarder to stay in your home rent-free for up to 18 months.
I'm sure many of you are aware of the current housing crisis and want to help, however, forcing homeowners to take on unknown roommates is not the solution to this issue.
In order to opt out you have to do the following:
1. Call city Hall at (902)566-5548 and let them know you wish to be removed from the "Homeloaners for Homeowners" program. You will need to provide your name, address, and your PID number (you can get this property identification Designation number from the holder of your mortgage.)
2. The City Hall employee must verbally confirm that you have been removed from the list. If they do not give verbal agreement then you are still on the list. We have heard reports of city Hall employees feigning ignorance regarding the program. This is a tactic to keep you on the list.
3. Please share this status, you may not be a homeowner but someone you know could be. While we all want to fix the housing crisis, this is not the solution!

Why are naturopaths allowed to call themselves doctors? They are just selling roots and claiming they cure everything. I can't remember the last time my doctor tried to sell me anything, or told me a root would cure my fissures.
