Happy Labour Day weekend fellow Canadians!

I had a lovely afternoon boating with friends on Lake St Clair. This is the last unofficial weekend of summer, even though summer ends on September 20.

My work will also get back to somewhat of a normal rhythm on Tuesday and that will also feel good. Have you enjoyed your summer?

Hello everyone, just showing a little sign of life today.

I am happily on oma duty today and tomorrow and besides a few short clips on my stories, I am offline.

I hope that you are all well, thankfully the tornado watch for our area stayed at that. We had a lot of rain and it got quite dark early, but nothing severe.

There are two spots that have come available for St Jacobs retreat Sept 25, 26 and there are only four spots left for Wolfville, Nova Scotia on October 1. Please message me if you would like more details!

Love pretty paper?

Today is the LAST day of this sale and I do apologize for not letting you know sooner. I was too busy doing some amazing joyous family celebrations.

There is lots of designer series paper as well as 12 x 12 Two-Tone cardstock on sale.

Happy Sunday stampers.

I wasn't going to do a Sunday message today because it was a full and wonderful day with family. It was beyond incredible to be back with my Chatham church family WITH Gerard by my side. Our plans changed. We weren't planning to come to Chatham at all, instead staying with my mom. Turned out that four days of company was a bit much for mom and that is completely understandable. It was meant to be for us to be in Chatham.

The theme for the sermon reflected the theme for the church year, the importance of witnessing. Basically sharing what God has done for you.

That is why I didn't want to do a message today. Not enough time to give this important topic what it needs.

I will share my testimony of how God has worked in my life another time. Suffice it to say that I cannot imagine my life without God as my rock. Psalm 66:16 tells us to share what God has done for us. Acts 1 tells us to go and tell the story of what Jesus has done on the cross.

I hope you had a great Sunday. I hope to get back to regular work on Wednesday. Gerard flies home Tuesday night.

Happy fourth anniversary already!! We had such a lovely day today, ending with a very romantic dinner overlooking the St Lawrence Seaway from Ile d'Orleans. We reminisced over all the things we have shared in the last four years and consider ourselves blessed beyond measure.
