Are you wanting a change from running the roads or curious about trail running? We are having a beginner trail run at Vedder Mountain.
We will guide you along the Sunny Side trail at a no pressure pace and no one will be left behind.

Details:
🗓️ When: August 22 (Saturday) at 7:30am
📍Location: Parmenter Road, Vedder Mt. By the yellow gate
🏃‍♀️Diatance: 5km with about 175m elevation
