While many rocks may look similar, subtle differences can significantly impact project performance. So how do you choose the right rocks? You match them to the project.

🪨 Also known as clear crush, crushed rock is produced by crushing larger rocks into smaller ones. They’re rough and angular in shape, allowing them to compact tightly with other crushed rocks and stay in place. This makes them the ideal choice for driveways, pathways, base preparation, and foundational support where stability’s needed.

🌊 Round river rocks are naturally rounded and smoothed over time by running water. This smooth surface and clean look make them a great choice for decorative landscaping, certain types of garden beds, drainage features, and other projects that benefit from a clean finish while still supporting water flow and erosion control.
