Some food for thought. I wish I had made this video a few months ago. This video contains some really important information, especially if you are heading into your first big game season using archery equipment. I know this video is long. But it is meant to educate new archers to help set them up for success and avoid crippling an animal. I misspoke on how to properly anchor when referring to the arrow being below your chin. Your arrow should be between the corner of your lips and the bottom of your chin. Just watch some videos on how to properly anchor with your style of release and then test the peep sight location.

I also forgot to touch on having your peep sight tied in properly so it doesn't fly out of the string when fired. I'll do a follow up video.

This is without a doubt one of the hardest post I've had to make. I apologize for the heavy emotions of this video. But I always envisioned this business becoming my legacy to my children, and my mark I left on the Hunting community in Newfoundland. Due to circumstances beyond my control both of these things are in jeopardy. There are too many family members, friends, and community members to thank for my success in getting to this point. But unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, Arrow Addiction will be closed until further notice.

Remember we have always been "Where your Addiction Begins"

End of league details!

The last opportunity to shoot your matches will be Thursday May 22nd from 6-9pm.

The closing ceremony will be Sunday May 25th at 5pm. Medals, certicates and the grand prize will be awarded then.

After discussing with the families of youth shooters we have decided to remove gender divisions for all competitors under the age of 18. This will have no effect on the majority of our young shooters. But now some will actually be competing against others their age. If I have overlooked someone, who is opposed to this, please contact me personally.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the event!

Hey folks! The archery range will be open on Friday and Saturday, but closed on Sunday. If you are a league member, or have done your safety orentation, feel free to come by and shoot! Bring your own bows or rent one from us!

Attention League Members!

Tomorrow, April 15th, the league will open at 5pm-6pm and then again at 8-9pm. We are accommodating a cadet lesson that was rescheduled back in January before league was started.

We also have some additional hours this week to make up for some league closers.
