To all of my wonderful customers who have donated clean, quality items for the next family to enjoy, this post is not for you and I appreciate all of your ongoing support.

I arrived at the store today to sort the donations I received last week, even though I am not open for business, I am still working hard to keep new items arriving daily.

Not only was there a garbage bag left directly in front of my posted sign asking people NOT to leave anything when I am closed, but it is also raining, which ruins donations, rendering them useless.

I proceeded to open the large bag… and these are just a few of the items I pulled out!!
Needless to say…. this entire donation is going to the dump tomorrow and I am very upset.

I do not believe the person who left this garbage on my porch is a follower, or someone who has ever been into my store, or they would know how hard I work to provide CLEAN QUALITY items for my customers.

I am now installing a camera since some people clearly are not paying attention to my sign and I will also be asking the community for assistance if anyone ever witnesses someone dumping on my front porch.

Adjusting our hours to be more in line with Cobden’s other amazing shops!
Also a friendly reminder to PLEASE not leave donations outside the door when we are closed. While I am incredibly grateful for the support, items left outside become damaged and unusable.
