Bit of sad news to share today. We had a visitor on Saturday who decided Sid (new buckling) was going to be his lunch. Still reeling a bit but thankful for the actions of the Consevation Officer and that the bear did not decide on the kids or myself. RIP Sid, RIP bear.

The garden definitely took a beating last night with all the rain but thankfully these large zinnias survived! (Also definitely not complaining about the rain - I'll take every drop!)

As with every year, I have serious regrets at this time of year with my lack of support and trellising I managed to get done 😅

We will have some deadheading of fallen blooms to do in the next day to get my stems back upright for a final season push 💪💪

The garden is in full bloom, both flowers and veggies!

We are headed into Kelowna on Tuesday, so let us know if you need flowers or eggs! (Or dried chamomile/calendula 🤗)
