I am a morning person through and through. I love the quiet and stillness of it, and carving out time for ME before the day starts ☀️

This year I am trying to be intentional about my time and investing in myself. One way I do that is by taking 5-10 minutes every morning to do the following:

• Sip on a tea (green or peppermint)
• Write my manifestations/dreams
• Use my
• Do a 2 minute yoga flow

I encourage you, whether it’s morning or night to take some time for yourself to be present, and reflect ✨

I love January 1st because it feels like a reset. And yes, I could rationalize that everyday is a new day to change a habit/mindset etc but something about a new year feels empowering and exciting ✨

My word for 2022 is CONSISTENCY and I will make that my focus for all that I do.
