We often get asked how the Giga Sun heater stacks up against standard propane fire pits or open type stoves. It all comes down to the science of the flame. 🔥🔵🟡

To get that beautiful, flickering yellow campfire look, most gas fire pits or tables are specifically designed with a lower oxygen mix valve. This is perfect for setting a relaxing mood outdoors, but the trade-off is that they burn at about half the temperature and aren’t built for heavy-duty heating in the wilderness.

The Giga Sun, on the other hand, is engineered more for maximum warmth. It uses a pure, complete-combustion* blue flame to generate massive amounts of cleaner and efficient heat. To make sure you still get that cozy campfire aesthetic and vibe, the flame warms a heat reflecting mesh plate until it radiates a brilliant, cozy orange.

⚠️ YOUR SAFETY FIRST: While the Giga Sun is built with 3 safety features and for extreme burn efficiency, any portable propane appliances require strict safety precautions.

We arrived at our second nomadic ger! This is Day 5 out here and we watched how the locals work in harmony with their animals. We got to experience milking the yaks and making traditional Mongolian dried curds! 🧀
