NOW RECRUITING! — In Motion & Momentum+

Are you 15–30 years old and feeling stuck when it comes to work, school, or figuring out what comes next?

We are currently recruiting participants for In Motion & Momentum+ (IM&M+), a free 10-week career readiness program designed to help you recognize your strengths, rebuild confidence, set meaningful goals, and take steps toward the future you want.

✨ What does the program include?

🔹 In Motion – 3 weeks
Explore your strengths, skills, interests, supports, and what you want for your future.

🔹 Momentum – 4 weeks
Build on your goals, develop important life and career skills, and work with your group on a community project that addresses a local need.

🔹 Momentum+ – 3 weeks
Get support putting your plans into action, connecting with community supports, and preparing for your next steps.

✅ Who is eligible?

This program is specifically intended for youth who are furthest from employment. Participants must:

• Be 15–30 years old
• Be chronically not in employment, education, or training (6+ months)
• Have other unmet basic needs or barriers that may affect employability, such as income security, housing, disability, health, etc.
• Experience broader systemic barriers that make it difficult to find and maintain employment.

📋 Participants will also need to provide two valid pieces of ID: a Social Insurance Card and a government-issued photo ID.
