Hi to Naomi 👋👋

We're excited to welcome Naomi to The Studio Corner Brook team!

Having recently completed her Pilates instructor training online through the international Sports Science Association (ISSA), Naomi is beginning her in person teaching journey and is passionate about helping people move with confidence, improve strength, and enjoy the many benefits of Pilates.

As with all great instructors, experience grows through practice, and we're committed to supporting Naomi's ongoing professional development while maintaining the high standards of care and instruction our clients expect.

Naomi's classes could be described more so as strength fitness vs traditional pilates concepts you are used to at The Studio. I would recommend that you know the pilates foundations and your limitations before attending her classes!

✨ I’m Back! Return to Pilates with me ✨

After some time away, a big life reset, and recovering from surgery, I’m so excited to be returning to The Studio and moving with you all again 🤍

Coming back to teaching will be a gradual progression — both for me and for our classes. Classes are called 'Return to Pilates' - great for beginners, anyone who's had some time off pilates and anyone who has been attending whilst I have been away and can modify themselves.

We’ll focus on reconnecting with movement, building strength safely, and reminding our bodies how good it feels to move. We’ll take the time to build from the foundations, progressing when our bodies are ready.

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and understanding while I’ve been away. I can’t wait to see familiar faces, welcome new clients, and share movement with you again.
