I see that there are several new views, and so I thought I should put an updated message here for people to read. I have been away for a bit as I am taking care of my hubby who has been ill and off of work since April. We are walking in faith, so it's all good, as I know our Maker has us where He wants us! We hope that things will soon be back to "normal", Joe will be back to work, and the kids will be back in school so I can get back to my canning, crafting, baking and candle making! I have ordered some of our favourite fall scents, and added a few new ones in preparation for some Fall/Winter craft shows! Bethany, Libby and I look forward to seeing many of you out there once the heat is gone, and those leaves start to change colour!!

We just got in our new order of Valentine's and Spring/Easter scents, and cannot wait to get pouring some yummy new candles! We will be posting the sizes and scents available once they are done, hopefully mid-late next week. :-)

We will be taking confections orders up until Dec. 5th, for pick up/deliveries through the month of Dec. and for New Years Parites. Please pre order so we can put you on our schedule! Our last day in the kitchen will be Dec. 22nd for Christmas goodies, and we will take a break until after boxing day. Then the last day in the kitchen before New Years is Dec. 30th After New Years we will be back to normal ordering schedule. Thank you!

Two days until our first show! I hope we have loads of visitors! We will be crazy busy tomorrow at the Sombra Community Center using their kitchen to make Fudge and other goodies. We are bringing over 90 candles in different sizes and scents. I am a huge believer in making lists of "to do's" and items we need to pack, and truth be told I am a little obsessive about these things. Even so, I still think I could use two more days!! :-) I am excited to see the other vendors and to do some shopping myself, and if I focus on that fun, I will be less nervous about my own booth. Hopefully. :-)

So excited to be going to our first craft show and sale! Hope you come out to see us, and sniff some candles and taste ...

Poured some new scents today and adding them once labelled... Maple Bacon, Hot Buttered Popcorn, and Romantic Kiss. I really like them all, but I think my favourite is the Romantic Kiss.. its a good scent for a bedroom, or bath.... Its a warm mix of Sweet Pea, Strawberries and Vanilla...

The largest Candles we sell hold a little over 23 ozs. and are packaged in really cool Vintage Atlas Mason Square jars....

The largest Candles we sell hold a little over 23 ozs. and are packaged in really cool Vintage Atlas Mason Square jars. They have a burn time of approx . 120-144 hours, and we sell them for $16 ea. When we were testing for burn times, we lit a candle at 9am on a Thursday morning and it finally burned out late the following Wednesday evening. It seriously almost lasted a whole week! We only have six in stock right now, in the scents of: Zucchini Bread, Apple Butter Caramel, Christmas Cheer, Maple Pancakes, Maple Pumpkin, and Pink Sands.

The Ball Square Jars are so far the only modern jars we have used, but were too cute to pass up. They each hold about 16...

The Ball Square Jars are so far the only modern jars we have used, but were too cute to pass up. They each hold about 16 ounces, and burn for approximately 70-90 hours. We have 5 vintage Imperial Crown Glass Jar candles that sell for $14. They are a little larger than the reg. Vintage Crown Imperials. They have a burn time of approx. 80-100 Hours. These are the scents available: Baked Pear, Southern Gardens, Gingerbread, and Country Clothesline
