Spring Updated Newsletter 2025

Hi! Just a quick one!

You asked for these workshops, so here they are!

I hope that these dates work for the ones you are interested in. Please call for more info if needed or check out my website for full descriptions and prices. Cinnamon coffee, music and house tours are of course included!

April 26 & 27 - Lead Window Weekend - Sat, noon to 6pm
& Sun, noon to 4pm
- supplies and tool use included
- basic glass cutting needed

May 17 - Soldering Workshop - Sat, 1pm to 4pm -

- Homework! You will need to prepare for this workshop!
- you bring all soldering equipment and supplies so
I can make sure they are not causing problems!

Direct to Glass Mosaic Weekend - Sat, noon to 5pm
& Sun, noon to 2pm
- supplies and tool use included
- Absolutely no experience needed!

BTW - The classes are all finished for this round - I wish all of you could have been here - the projects were so beautiful and the workmanship was wonderful! Hopefully I will get pictures uploaded to the website soon!

EXCITING NEWS! Brenda's Glass Expressions - which I owned years ago - is now closed and I have jumped right back into full retail! I have all the tools, supplies, and glass to keep us all happy! I have rearranged the studio to accommodate it all. kinda fun! My husband says I will never retire - He is right! Lol.

Just a quick HELLO and hope all is great with all of you! Classes were totally awesome this spring and so enjoyed everyone. Up and coming glass artists for sure. Advanced students did incredible leaded windows. Had to postpone the next few workshops because of the Covid numbers. Hopefully our world will get back to what it was soon!!
Thought you might like to see this!!! What a shock - so should I be making money on this?!! They took info my web page without asking but do not not know the legality of it.

I'M BACK GUYS!
So happy to say I will open July 02/20!
Regular hours will apply - Wed to Sat - noon to 6:00 pm.
Thank you to my awesome students, new customers, to my faithful clients, and to anyone that purchased items during this extremely difficult time. Please know how much I love and appreciate every single one of you. You have helped me through one of the most challenging times in my history as a business and as a person. I am forever grateful for your unwavering support and kindness. I so miss seeing all of your faces at the studio. I am excited to see you again for sure.
At this time, I am following COVID protocol and only accepting groups of up to 6 people. I have hand sanitizer available and 99% alcohol for cleaning. Wearing a mask is a personal choice.
I have been gardening like crazy – actually doing it properly, not just making do! I had 12 yards of bark mulch – yikes! I have used about half so far. So, a garden tour might be nice for you too! If you just want to visit and catch up or have a coffee – that’s totally wonderful and look forward to it! Cheers. xxoo

Hi! First of all, I hope this finds all of you healthy and okay with all of this going on! Big hug.
To be on the safe side, even though I feel great, I will be self-isolating as I had customer from abroad and am closing the studio for 2 weeks.
As for current on-going classes, I have had a couple of emails from students that they have chosen to self-isolate as well. Therefore I will also suspend classes for 2 weeks, ( just after I cancelled a class – crap) but will do email and phone call advice. Will miss having you here, but look forward to seeing you on April 02.
Hard to wait for the next step I am sure, but it is beautiful outside, so let’s garden!!
Will keep you in the loop in case things get worse. Please call if any questions.

Hi! Taking a moment to upload some pictures just to show I am busy!!! He hee. Wonderful group in my mosaic workshop - a treat to teach! Installed the window last week - They were very happy - me too.Made a fun tropical fish - Jazzy! Okay so the tomato isn't glass related, but had to show you - 3 pounds,10 ounces! Super sweet, all meat and no huge core - a monster! One picture shows it in relation to the toast! Enjoy
