Thank you so much to everyone who stopped in today to celebrate our 1st birthday with us! 🥹

I am truly in awe of this beautiful community and all of the love and support you have shown our little studio over this past year. It is because of all of you that Creative Cove has grown into the special place it is today.

A huge shoutout to my main gals Ruby and Asli, I am so thankful for you both! To Brandon, my love, thank you for always being right there beside me. And to Chris and Des, the most amazing friends for jumping in and absolutely rocking BBQ duty today!

Thank you Carolyn for the delicious cookies, and Nadja for saving us all from the sunshine with the tent. We are so lucky to have such thoughtful, kind people around us.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Today felt so special, and I am so excited for many more years of creating, celebrating, and growing together.

Father's Day is just around the corner! Paint a personalized gift for Dad. To make sure it's ready in time, painting must be done no later than the 14th. Or grab a gift certificate and paint together to create memories. Be sure to reserve a table in advance for the 21st (reservations can be made online or in person at the studio)

Creative Cove is turning ONE!
Join us on June 13th as we celebrate our first year in the studio with giveaways, pottery painting, good vibes, and a by-donation BBQ from 12–4 PM.
Get your name entered into our anniversary giveaways with any purchase in the studio between June 3rd - 13th, or donation to the BBQ.
All profits from the BBQ, will be donated to the Comox Valley Transition Society, a cause very close to our hearts.
Thank you for making this first year so beautiful, creative, and full of community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

POLL TIME!

Back at my first studio in Alberta, I used to host an Open Clay Studio day once a week and I’ve been seriously thinking about bringing it to Creative Cove here too… potentially on Tuesdays!

This would be focused strictly on HAND BUILDING (no wheel throwing to start) and could include:

• Open studio membership options for those ready to jump in and create their own pieces regularly. Once enrolled in a monthly membership, members would simply book the studio time they’d like to attend. Tentatively, we’re looking at open studio hours from 12pm–9pm.

•One-off clay workshops
• 6-week beginner courses

Clay and glazes would be purchased through the studio to ensure everything fires properly in our kilns. If you already have your own glazes, we’d just need staff to approve/check them beforehand. Kiln space would be based on fair kiln usage so everyone has room to create.

So after this long infomercial… the real question is:
