BOO! Did I scare you? Do you have any Halloween costumes you would like to remove from your home and allow another human dress up for trick & treating or a Halloween party? I know a place that is accepting items. Bumps to Buttons has some cute outfits, we can always use more! We are open Monday 1:00PM - 4:00PM Tuesday currently 10:00 - 4:00PM we are discussing moving our hours to allow you to shop longer. I will update this once a decision has been made. In the meantime I hope you have enjoyed your shopping experience so far.

It's hard to believe this vision took place only a couple of months ago, and we have so much inventory. People have mentioned the need for this store, kids' clothing! I've taken in so much from so many people in such a short time. This is great! I'm still learning what sells and what doesn't. I also had to deal with rain in my store, which resulted in me shutting the doors for two days and not allowing any more consignment as I simply had no place to put anything until I could deal with the water. This may have been the result of a negative Google review by someone. I simply don't recall this person and I'm unable to connect with them one-on-one. It's these types of reviews that make no sense to me. How does this help small businesses starting up and allow them to be successful and profitable for everyone? Moving forward, it's true, I can't take everyone's items. If you want to donate, this allows me to deal with the items directly and pick out what I can take and what I can't. If you want to consign, that same rule applies. However, this does mean that you are responsible for doing the work. I need people to understand that you must go through your items first, making sure they are clean, free of stains, hair, or any defects. Folded nicely in a box, bin, or flat-bottom bag to avoid wrinkles. Yes, it's a lot of work to go through little items. It costs me a lot to sell your items for you. Understanding the work that goes behind you dropping off things is important, and just because you dropped it off doesn't mean it will sell right away. There's a lot of inventory to pick through. If we don't have the shoppers, I don't have extra space for more items. I started this business because I was told over and over again what a need it is for our community. I can't please 100% of the population, and that's just the reality of operating a business.
