We haven't posted in a while, but we are going to change that! We are really excited for this month! We have lots happening! We are starting to prep for this fall 🍁

With everything happening, Gran Fond, Ed Fest, the first day of fall and a BIG announcement at the end of the month, we can't wait to share this month with you!

A Little Shop Safety PSA 💚
We wanted to take a moment to address something that happened at the shop recently.
One of our customers tripped on the step coming into the store and fell to her knees. Our staff were in the back at the time and didn’t see her come in right away. As soon as one of our team members realized what had happened, they went out to check on her. Thankfully, she let us know that she was okay.
We also had management review our camera footage so we could better understand exactly what happened. Thankfully, it appeared that there were no major injuries, and our customer was okay and even continued to browse our chocolates. ❤️🍫
We want everyone to know that we have always had our step painted yellow, as well as a “WATCH YOUR STEP!” sign on the door. However, after this happened, we decided to repaint the step to make the yellow much brighter and more noticeable. Hopefully, this will help make the step stand out even more for everyone coming into our shop.
We have also looked into having a ramp installed previously because the safety and accessibility of our customers and staff are incredibly important to us. Unfortunately, we have been told that the City will not allow us to install one at our location.
To our customer who took a tumble, we are truly sorry this happened to you. We’re very thankful that you were okay, and we sincerely hope the rest of your day was a wonderful one. 💚
And if you are reading this and would like to speak with the owner personally about what happened, please reach out to us! We would genuinely love the opportunity to talk with you, hear your concerns, and do whatever we can to help make things right and resolve any issues.
We care deeply about our customers and our little shop, and the safety of everyone who walks through our doors is something we take very seriously. We’ll always do our best to learn, improve, and make our shop a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

I'm the Event Coordinator for the Haunted Harvest Market and proudly organize this event on behalf of Sweet Gestures Chocolate Shoppe. I enjoy doing this so she can enjoy to continue to make amazing chocolates and goodies for the local communities!

If you've contacted this page, submitted a vendor application, or have questions about the event, you'll most likely be speaking with me!

Vendor Information

Vendor applications and all event coordination are handled directly through me.

Please note:
❌ I will never ask you to send payment through Facebook Messenger or social media.

Once vendor applications have been reviewed, successful applicants will receive an official acceptance email containing:

✔️ Vendor information package
✔️ Payment instructions
✔️ Important event details and deadlines

Payments are only discussed after acceptance and through the official process outlined in your acceptance email.
