Cumberland Fly Shop is looking for a team leader. Take this little hole in the wall fly shop and make it your own. The ideal candidate will be easy going, great people skills, tech savvy, have a good understanding of social media, be proficient in Word and Excel, have a background in sales/retail, looking for someone that is self-motivated, and most importantly LOVE FISHING!

Cumberland Fly Shop offers, retail sales, Guided Fly Fishing services, accommodations for guest and more. We are going into our fourth year of business this spring and are looking for a long term member of the fly shop family. Looking for someone that is self-motivated.
