Search for 6-Year-Old Darius Macdougall Enters Day 3

The search continues for six-year-old Darius Macdougall, who went missing near Island Lake Campground, about 4 km south of Crowsnest Pass, on Sunday morning.

🔹 Last seen around 11:30 a.m. Sunday while walking with family before becoming separated
🔹 Description: 4 feet tall, short brown hair
🔹 Clothing: Blue/grey hoodie and sweatpants
🔹 Important: Darius has autism and may not respond if called

At a Tuesday news briefing, RCMP confirmed the search area has expanded into more rugged terrain. Despite the challenges, they stressed hope remains strong:

“We are still very, very hopeful. There’s no talk on the ground of anything other than a positive outcome,” said RCMP.

Police say there is no evidence of foul play, but all possibilities are being considered.

The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the leading US consumer body, has ruled in 2018 that a diamond is a diamond no matter the origin.

They are graded the same as natural diamonds, they are also inscribed and come with certification. Even De Beers now sell lab-grown diamonds. It’s almost impossible to tell the difference.
