This year was a hard year for me when it came to my flowers. We had so much rain, hail at least twice, and some winds that blew a couple of my planters off the railing. But my supertunias in my front flower bed are still showing off. How was your flower season this year. Pics would be awesome šŸ˜

This beautiful sunshine is on her way home. She ended up getting a cold over the weekend and a round table discussion of 30 doctors decided it was better to wait until she was completely over her cold before doing the next surgery. Unfortunately that means going back to Vancouver in a month. The care she had was over the top amazing; both for parents and baby and Iā€™m thankful for the healthcare we have access to.

We had a pretty scary morning. This little ray of sunshine was scheduled to go under anesthesia to allow doctor to look at her heart through an artery. Moments into it, she went into cardiac arrest. She is in recovery and doing ok but will need another surgery, hopefully sooner than later to repair quite a large hole in her heart. She will remain in PICU in Vancouver. I will be taking a break from this page to do some canning/preserving all the while trying to keep my other grandkids lives as normal as possible. We covet your prayers. Pictures are pre and post surgery

So the raspberries are almost done. But there are still lots of berries on the bushes (and lots of bushes). I no longer have time to pick (have the grandbabies for a week). Is there someone out there that would be open to this idea. There would be no money exchanged. For every bucket you pick for yourself, you pick the same amount for me.

Farm fresh eggs for sale $6/ dozen. These chickens truly have the best life. They have a very large enclosure to range in with a large dry warm place for the colder nights. Theyā€™re loving life. Can deliver in town tomorrow

Anyone have any knowledge on these? My first thought was tent caterpillars and I was ready to burn the whole greenhouse...

Anyone have any knowledge on these? My first thought was tent caterpillars and I was ready to burn the whole greenhouse down (not really but I canā€™t fathom the thought of all my trees being leafless). Upon a little research Iā€™ve changed my mind (quite loosely) as theyā€™re hanging out and eating stinging nettle.
