Lots more inventory arrived yesterday. Beautiful wide leg trousers in darker colours, a few light summer maxi skirts, flannel pj Bottoms with elastic and draw string waist, and more of those lovely free flowing Caftans in wonderful colours and designs.
Also a few winter jackets and capes which I will have pics for tomorrow. (Sorry to mention the "w" word.!!)

OK folks, if you have considered volunteering anywhere, now is the time!! The gift shop in the hospital is operated by volunteers and all the funds raised go back into our community to assist the hospital and other health related issues. Food security both at the college and in town , bursaries for the health care programs at NLC, and equipment for our hospital, health unit and Rotary.
We NEED your help to stay open....come and pick up a form at the shop and get the process started.

If you are semi retired and already feeling bored, we can use your help. Small or large time commitment and training is provided. You will be selling products in the shop, operating a very simple cash register so.....

This past Friday, we were pleased to attend the Cap & Pin ceremony for the graduates of the nursing program at NLC - Fort St. John and Dawson Creek. 26 LPN grads - isn't that wonderful!!
Our Auxiliary is proud to contribute 3 bursaries annually to the LPN program and our newest addition is bursaries to the long term care aide program.
