Eliza Jane Studios Eliza Jane Studios specializes in Artisan Soaps and one of a kind hand painted Pottery! Our studio is located at: 2109 21st street Delburne, Alberta.

Our studio hours are by appointment only. We have pottery and soap classes running from January - March Eliza Jane Soap Company is named after my Great Great Grandmother. Born in 1851 Eliza Jane married when she was only 12 years old and her new husband only 16! No doubt she was hardworking and passionate about her family and the things she cared about most. I like to think she too was a soap maker as many housewives or homemakers were back then. Although Eliza Jane Soap Company is new, we've been making soaps and bath goodies for several years now! My daughter Sharie is our nail polish creator. She is constantly coming up with beautiful new colours and glitter designs. The polishes are made in small batches and often there are only a few of each kind, so if there is something you really like then you might want to purchase it before it's gone! And to let you know, all our nail polishes are free from camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins! Although I love making everything to do with bath and beauty, my passion is designing and creating the artistic soap bars. I love the ability to take creative license with each design and come up with something that's totally new and different from the rest! Because we make our soaps (and everything else as well) in small batches, each design or swirl in each bar is unique! I can never exact duplicate so variations will always exist. That's one of the joys of handmade soap! We only use high quality, natural vegetarian oils, essential oils, fragrance oils, and colours in our products and take pride in the superior end product of each and everything we create. We try to keep everything as natural as possible and search out ethically produced ingredients such as the Palm oils we use! We also shop local and purchase our beeswax and fresh honey from Nixon Honey farm in Innisfail. Our fresh goat milk comes from my niece's lovely little goat LuLu, and many of our herbs and botanicals come straight from my garden, or that of my wonderful friends and family who have always supported my little soap making addiction! It's official, starting September 4th Eliza Jane Studios will be permanently at the Gasoline Alley Farmers' Market! Wahoo! This means you have a chance to check out our new stuff 3 days a week (every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)! 😁

And of course we have some awesome plans for our new space with awesome ideas for new stuff!! 😁 Oh man I cant wait to show you!! 🥰

Only 2 spots left for our Soap Making class this Sunday at Ellis Nature Centre!

There are only 2 spots left for our soap making workshop this Sunday, July 22nd! In this workshop you'll learn how to make your own soap with Susan Nielsen of Eliza Jane Studios! You’ll get to choose the scents and colours of your soap to make a truly unique soap bar that is exactly to your liking. Participants will go home with 6-8 bars worth of soap, perfect for stocking up or gifting to others. Sign up quick through the calendar of events on our website!

This workshop is $85 per person and all materials are provided for you. Please note this is an adult only workshop.
