Every now and then I dumpster dive. 😬 Figuratively speaking, that is.
This little beauty was found by the dumpster at the Hi Ho gas station. It came complete with a cigarette butt sitting on top! I completely forgot to take the before photo…imagine badly stained green satin fabric wrapped around the base. Anyways….now it’s boho! Everything used to redo it was found at a thrift store….lace table cloth and pretty cream fabric around the base. Yay!

Alrighty!! As promised, here’s my finished telephone bench complete with an old, vintage phone! The back and side are finished with old Readers Digest books. I stenciled “Call Me” on the top surface, reupholstered the seat and back, painted, glued, tightened…you name it…she’s done!

I have to show this off…here’s an old desk I got for free from Pearl Chow Abel! My mom and I gave it some love and it’ll be (hopefully) sold at my son’s silent auction (a skate boarding ministry). Mom painted birds on the top and I used Fusion paint in “Coal Black”. The chair was a find from ZION Thrift Store!
