ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
2–3 tbsp almond milk (until doughy)
1 heaped tbsp inositol powder ( )
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
optional: dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
mix everything until a thick dough forms → adjust with almond milk if needed
roll into bite-sized balls
chill in the fridge for 15–20 mins (or eat immediately if you’re impatient like me)

Try this for spring! 🧖‍♀️ Nighttime Lavender Face Mask Ritual

Wind down your day with a calming self-care moment. This gentle lavender clay mask with all natural ingredients from .ca helps create a peaceful evening routine while leaving your skin feeling soft and refreshed. Perfect for slowing down before bed. ✨

Ingredients:
• 150 ml white clay
• 10 ml dried lavender flowers (ground in a coffee grinder)
• 2 drops lavender essential oil
• 5 ml rose oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil

How to prepare:
1. Place all ingredients except the essential oil in a glass bowl. Never use metal containers as they may tarnish or plastic bowls as they contain petroleum.
2. Use a wooden utensil for the same reason. Mix well and add fresh, pure water until you have a mayonnaise-like consistency.
3. Add essential oil. Then, apply to a clean face and leave on for a maximum of 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and gently.
