We ask that you please read our policies carefully to ensure you understand our practice.
-Delivery Guidelines
Will deliver free of charge (distance within reason). Ancaster, Western Hamilton, and Southern Burlington require a minimum purchase of 25$ or more. Stoney Creek, Eastern Hamilton, and Towns located roughly 30 minutes or more from Dundas require a minimum purchase of 100$ or more. Plea
se ensure you are committed to your purchase before scheduling delivery. Completed delivery that does not conclude in a purchased product will result in a charge based on time and fuel. Please ask questions and request more photos for any purchase.
-Stock Images
Stock images are used to provide a detailed example of products assembled or in use. Many products are still in manufacturer packaging.
-Pick Up Guidelines
Pickup location is downtown Dundas. Pickups must be before 9pm and we ask that you please remain respectful of neighbors and the location especially in regard to volume and parking (not blocking driveways).
-Purchase Guarantee
Products are the result of returned e-commerce or retail goods. All products are inspected upon receival and before delivery/pick up. We do our best to insure any and all issues are made apparent before purchase however, some products are harder to inspect than others and sometimes details are missed. If there is ever a functional problem with any purchased product please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the issue, but please do so before 48 hours have passed since the time of sale. After 48 hours we are no longer responsible for any issues with products and will not provide refunds.
-Self Product Verification
No customer is allowed to unpackage a brand new item without prior purchase. We ask that if you are verifying products yourself before purchase you do so in a timely and informed manner. Our time is valuable and so is yours!
-Product Questions
Please do not hesitate to inquire with any questions and concerns if you have true intention to purchase an item or items. If questions can easily be answered with a web search, we ask that you please do so before asking.
-Price Negotiations
We only readily accept price negotiations on products marked with OBO (or best offer). All prices are already discounted from retail, most price negotiations will only be considered with a valid and fair reason (please provide a non-Facebook marketplace/reputable link (URL) if you are citing a cheaper source). Distance is not a valid reason for discount.
-Holding Products
All products are first come first serve. Maximum pick up hold time of one hour (exceptions can be made) unless payment is received in advance.
