What’s better than a witch’s brew? A Brew of Witches! 🧙🏻
I had so much fun designing these socks. Spidery webs, bubbling cauldrons, and … a witch stuck in her own brew! 🫣 I may have snickered a few times while knitting them!

For the first version, I used a fun Halloween themed self-striping yarn from Comfy Cozy Knits for the witch’s legs with a bright pink background.

For the second version I used mini skeins for the witch’s legs with a single colour as the background throughout the sock.
I’ve included charts for both versions.

Two years ago I designed the Choose Your Fellowship sweater. This pattern is a mix and match sweater where you get to decide who is in your fellowship. Choose from wizards, elves, kings, dwarves, dragons, evil eyes, comforting front doors, shields, swords, banners, and more.
I loved creating this homage to the Fantasy genre.
For hubby’s I used a beautiful selection of yarn from 🇨🇦Allison Barnes Yarn inspired by an image of Boromir and for mine I used a selection from Knit Picks Palette.

I’m so excited how this yoke is turning out on my latest design. It feels magical.
All the soft fluffy snowflakes falling gently around the Vintage Christmas Baubles. ❄️
The Eyelet Mock Cable rib in this lovely green just makes me smile.
Look for the test call in a couple of weeks.

It’s September 1st and the perfect time to celebrate the coming sweater weather with the release of Been Goosed Sweater. 🥳

I originally designed this sweater with geese in raincoats but, even though I loved it, I worried it was just a bit too silly and whimsical. So, I changed my chart to geese with buttercups instead. (Did you know geese eat buttercups??)
SO MANY of you loved my original idea and so you get both yoke charts in this pattern! 🪿

This was a collaboration with Baa-realis Fibre using their DK weight superwash merino.

To celebrate the coming of sweater weather and all things whimsical and silly all my sweater patterns are 20% off until midnight Sept 5th (MDT).

A year ago I was designing the Draco Manus Mittens.
I’m so happy how these turned out. I still have this motif on my list for further designs. Where did this year go? 🧦
They are a perfect project to get you into the Fall knitting mode. Any dragon-loving, sword-wielding, lance-jousting loved one would be thrilled to open these on Christmas morning.
Never too early to start 😉
