"I am editing my review which was originally negative but I am very happy to say that Musicworks in St Albert is under new management and staff have recently reached out to me to help me with a warranty claim for my Washburn guitar. I was upset that my new guitar basically came apart on its own but I am happy that Musicworks is standing behind their sale and is going to address the issue.
