What is Roasted Matcha?

Roasted Matcha is made by carefully roasting Japanese matcha to bring out a deeper, warmer character.

Unlike traditional matcha, roasting transforms its flavor profile — creating rich notes of roasted nuts, cocoa, and caramel, with a smooth, mellow finish.

It’s a unique way to enjoy Japanese tea, especially for those who love deeper, more comforting flavors.

From vibrant green to beautifully roasted. Discover a different side of matcha.

🍃 The moment no one tends it, a tea field begins returning to the mountain.
Most of Japan's tea farmers are now over seventy, and quietly, the fields without a successor are growing in number.
A tea plant needs seven years before its leaves can be picked — once a field is lost, it doesn't come back soon. And yet, a new generation is beginning to arrive: people who move to the countryside to become tea farmers, selling directly to buyers overseas.
Keeping a tea field alive may not be about preserving tradition.
It may be the work of passing it on.
