Wild Argentina Red Shrimp Roll
Better than a lobster roll – and way simpler! These sweet, juicy shrimp pack about 23g of protein per serving, making them a light yet satisfying treat.
Ingredients:
• Wild Argentina red shrimp (cooked & chopped)
• Red pepper, celery, green onion, cucumber (all finely diced)
• Fresh parsley & cilantro
• Salt & pepper
• Mayo, Dijon mustard, dash of Tabasco
• Toasted, buttered brioche bun
• Crisp romaine or butter lettuce
Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix shrimp with veggies, herbs, mayo, Dijon, and Tabasco. Season with salt & pepper. Taste and correct as needed.
2️⃣ Butter and toast your brioche bun until golden.
3️⃣ Layer lettuce, add mayo, then pile high with shrimp mix.
💡 Sweet, succulent shrimp + buttery brioche = summer vibes in every bite.
