Preorders are now open! 🍞🥖🤤 Did a second spice level test over the weekend on a new ritual in the kitchen: Chili Crisp + Green Onion + Sharp Cheddar Sourdough loaf. It is so good, though I’m of course adding the onions on preorders for that extra bite. 🤤

I came up with the idea to make a Nanaimo sourdough brioche bun as part of my my World Cup menu. By far the best bun I’ve ever tasted in my life! I think this stays on my standing menu.

If you’ve been meaning to lock in your carb supply for the weekend, consider this your official final call! Preorders for this week’s menu close tonight (Tuesday) at exactly 6:30 PM. The ovens will be firing up for our Friday, June 12th pickup on Avon Drive, and you definitely don’t want to miss out on what we’ve got baking this week.
