I started this journey hoping to help others understand their grief and heal past trauma… never realizing I would soon face my own pivotal moment — one that would change me forever.

Through that experience, I’ve come to understand that becoming a Reiki Master wasn’t just for the collective… it was for me. For my healing. For the struggles I’ve endured.

To sit with a moment that broke me, and still carry it close to my heart, has changed the way I see everything.

I still find myself searching for answers — the what, why, where, when, and how.

But for today…

I will not anger.I will trust.I will be grateful.I will do my work honestly.I will respect all living creatures.

And for now… that is enough.

I’m so excited to be able to offer such a blessing to my clients. Light therapy has been something that a lot of people sleep on. Goddess burn party, inspired by the Black Moon was an incredible success. I want to thank all the ladies for showing up and showing out for some inspirational conversations, reiki treatment, tuning forks reset, grounding meditation with a sound bath. Setting our intentions and releasing stuck energy was what we all needed but the most powerful part was that we leaned on each other and worked collectively to achieve a beautiful evening together. The rain only solidified the power of the goddess.

How many of you are going to watch the meteor shower tonight. Can you imagine planting your feet into the ground and looking to the night sky for some inspiration and clarity. I had the most magical treatment today. After 25 years, I’ve released something that has tormented and attacked my soul while I’ve stayed silent. Today, I trusted my Reiki Master, my safe space and with her help and my guides, I have finally released it. The Griffin helped protect me and was there in the very moment I was free. People enter your life in divine timing so you must always trust the process.
