We get questions about this every day in our store. While we understand it can be disappointing when someone is looking for something outside these guidelines, your safety — and the safety of others using public spaces — has to come first.

These regulations are in place to protect riders, pedestrians, and communities, and we fully support and enforce them in our store.

This is why we will not sell or rent a bike to anyone under the age of 12. You must be at least 16 and riding with a gaurdian to rent an ebike from us. It’s also why all of our e-bikes meet Transport Canada’s guidelines for legal e-bikes.

E-bikes are an incredible way to ride, commute, and explore responsibly. Knowing the rules helps keep everyone safe and ensures we can all continue enjoying the ride. 🚲⚡
